After experiencing our Camps in Spain, we know many of our campers are eager for more. That’s why we’ve joined forces with SEK International Schools—an international leader in pedagogical innovation and academic excellence—to offer a truly global educational experience where learning becomes a genuine life adventure.
From Cíjara, we are proud to launch a new project that deeply excites us: a truly unique experience at SEK Les Alpes International School.
CÍJARA SUMMER CAMP FRANCE is a two-week, multi-activity Summer Camp for children aged 13 to 17. It will take place during July 2026 in Saint Nicolas de la Chapelle, France, in the very heart of the Alps.
It is a fantastic opportunity to meet the needs of families who want their children to improve their languageskills in French and Spanish while enjoying their summer to the fullest.
At CÍJARA SUMMER CAMP FRANCE, campers will take part in a wide range of exciting multi-adventure, sports, recreational, and cultural activities. In addition to engaging workshops, they will enjoy lots of funchallenges and skill-based games. Optional language classes (French and Spanish) are also available.
We’ll set off on excursions to places beyond your wildest imagination. We’ll visit the “Capital of Peace,” Geneva, enjoy a unique educational experience at Mer de Glace and Glaciorum in Chamonix, and rise to the heights of L’Aiguille du Midi… don’t let others tell you about it—this is an experience meant to be lived firsthand!
This is our first program where attending classes is entirely optional. As a voluntary and complementary option, we invite you to enhance your French or Spanish through dynamic language sessions (15 hours), delivered in small groups of 8–10 students. Our active, participation-based learning approach ensures maximum progress through conversation, real-life everyday scenarios, and immersive, hands-on language practice.
A wide variety of workshops in art, music, dance, cooking, environmental education, and healthy habits—endless opportunities to enjoy our super fun challenge and skills games, as well as our spectacular evening programs featuring disco parties, talent shows, skill contests, stargazing, and much more.

Cíjara Summer Camp France will take place in SEK–Les Alpes, located in Flumet, in the small French mountain village of St. Nicolas la Chapelle, in the French region of Savoie, at an altitude of 1,000 meters, next to the famous ski resort of Megève. Thisprivileged location in the heart of Europe provides access to an unparalleled international experience.
Its location in the French Alps, with Switzerland and Italy less than 70 km and 40 km away respectively, helps campers appreciate and experience cultural diversity, broaden their horizons, and build lifelongfriendships with people from all over the world.
SEK–Les Alpes School is spread across two main buildings: “Le Chalet” and “La Ferme”. In addition, the school has outdoor sports facilities such as a sports court, a swimming pool, and large green areas.

This program is specially designed for children aged 13 to 17 who have the maturity to take part in an international experience and are able to enjoy multi-adventure activities, sports, and the great outdoors.
This program is designed for young people who want to enjoy an unforgettable summer full of excitement, with the opportunity to learn or improve their French or Spanish in a unique setting: the majestic French Alps.
If your child loves sports and outdoor adventure, this is the perfect experience. The program combines a wide variety of activities in French and Spanish, tailored to each student’s level, from beginner to intermediate. All of this takes place in an unparalleled natural environment—an immersive learning experience surrounded by beauty and adventure!
At SEK Les Alpes School, located in the heart of Europe in St. Nicolas la Chapelle, in the French Savoie region, on a 15,000 m² site.
The facilities, seamlessly integrated into the Alpine environment, include two buildings with residences and feature the most modern and innovative educational resources to support the student’s holistic development.
The main objective is for the experience and community life at SEK Les Alpes to be a unique journey that shapes and enhances our young participants’ intellectual, emotional, and social abilities, preparing them—no matter where they are or the circumstances they face—to design and, in the future, achieve their best life plan.
We also offer a comprehensive educational program that helps participants grow as individuals and develop attitudes and skills that will serve them throughout life.
At the same time, we ensure they learn while enjoying a unique environment filled with a wide range of sports and adventure activities.

We will send families a Practical Guide well in advance, containing all the details of the program (luggage and recommendations, family communication protocol, medication protocol, etc.). Meanwhile, here’s a preview:

Accommodation
Participants will stay in rooms for 3–4 people, most with private bathrooms and some with shared bathrooms to assist younger campers with daily routines.
The safety of our campers is our top priority. We have specific procedures in place to ensure they receive all the extra support needed when traveling abroad, making sure they feel comfortable at all times. Our team is available 24/7 to provide guidance and constant assistance.

Insurance and Emergencies
All European students or residents with a European health card are covered under the same insurance. Additionally, the organization provides private medical insurance for any emergencies that occur at the school.
Students without European residence or nationality must have private health insurance. SEK Les Alpes is located in a village with a medical center (Flumet). In the event of an emergency requiring specialized care, they will be taken to the nearest hospital (Sallanches or Albertville).
Arrivals and Departures
Students will be welcomed and picked up at the airport by our CÍJARA SUMMER CAMP FRANCE team. They will also be escorted to the airport for their return.
